‘I FELT FOOLISH’ – VERYDARKMAN REGRETS CALLING OUT JUDE OKOYE OVER CYNTHIA MORGAN SAGA
Popular social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as Verydarkman, has admitted he feels “foolish” after confronting music executive Jude Okoye over singer Cynthia Morgan’s long-running grievances.
Speaking about the issue in a new video, Verydarkman revealed he recently met Jude Okoye at an event, where they had a frank discussion about Cynthia Morgan’s accusations. The singer had previously alleged that Jude, her former label boss, withheld her royalties and blocked her from using her stage name.
But according to Verydarkman, Jude Okoye presented him with compelling evidence that changed his perspective.
“Jude showed me a video from 2016 where Cynthia Morgan herself announced her new name, Madrina. So it’s not true that he stopped her from using it,” Verydarkman said.
Jude also shared financial records indicating that Cynthia Morgan’s total royalties amounted to just $3,860 since her breakout year, contradicting claims of large unpaid sums.
“I asked Jude about all the money Cynthia Morgan accused him of owing her aside from royalties. Jude told me to take his books to the best auditor, and if anything was missing, I should call him out publicly,” Verydarkman added.
After seeing the documents and hearing Jude’s side, Verydarkman admitted he felt embarrassed for initially taking up the fight without
verifying the facts.
“Honestly, I felt foolish,” he confessed. “I confronted Jude because I thought Cynthia was being cheated, but it turns out the story is different.”
He now believes Cynthia Morgan owes Jude Okoye a public apology for damaging his reputation on social media.
The revelations have stirred fresh reactions online, with many urging artists to be transparent and careful with public accusations that could ruin others’ careers. Meanwhile, fans are hoping the long-drawn controversy between Cynthia Morgan and Jude Okoye can finally be put to rest.
