Popular street-hop artist Portable has disclosed his intention to return to school, emphasizing the importance of education in balancing fame and professionalism.

In a video shared on his Instagram page, the singer explained that his decision stems from a desire to improve his ability to manage his career and relate better with others.

Portable, who holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from Kwara State Polytechnic, said he never collected his certificate after completing the program. However, he now plans to continue his education to set a good example for his children.

“I want to go back to school and complete my education. I’m sponsoring other people’s children and mine too, and I don’t want my kids to be mocked that their father is an illiterate. Now that I’ve made it, I want to return to school so I can handle my music career more professionally,” he said.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
