GodMade Homes Limited, popularly known as GMH Luxury, is set to promote the use of real estate as a tool for preserving wealth across generations at its Real Estate Conference 2026, Edo State edition.

The three-day conference is scheduled to hold from September 24 to 26 in Benin City, with the theme, “Wealth Preservation Using Real Estate as a Vehicle.”

The event will examine how strategic property investment can generate income, appreciate in value and remain useful as a family asset across several generations.

According to the organisers, the conference will also address the challenge of properties being sold by subsequent generations, preventing families from benefiting from assets accumulated by their predecessors.

GMH Luxury Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ayoolanrewaju Kuyebi, said building wealth was only part of the investment process, stressing that preserving it required deliberate planning and careful decisions on where and what type of property to acquire.

Discussions at the conference will focus on identifying strategic locations, managing property portfolios, improving rental income, protecting asset value and achieving long-term capital appreciation.

The programme will feature speakers from government, investment and wealth management sectors. A private property viewing is also planned to give invited participants an opportunity to inspect selected properties within the company’s portfolio.

GMH Luxury said the conference reflects its broader effort to encourage Nigerians to view real estate not only as property ownership, but also as a means of creating and preserving family wealth.
