United States forward Benjamin Cremaschi has finished as the top scorer of the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile, following the tournament’s conclusion on Monday morning.
Morocco defeated Argentina 2-0 in the final at the Estadio Nacional Julio Martínez Prádanos to claim their maiden FIFA U-20 World Cup title, thanks to a first-half brace from Yassir Zabiri.
Cremaschi netted five goals during the tournament, narrowly edging Colombia’s Neyser Villareal and France’s Lucas Michel, who also scored five but reached the tally later.
