FG INTRODUCES NEW FRAMEWORK TO TIGHTEN HEALTHCARE SPENDING

The Federal Government has adopted a new system aimed at reducing waste and improving accountability in the management of healthcare funds across the country. The initiative is expected to strengthen financial controls and ensure that resources allocated to the health sector are used more efficiently.

The new approach is part of ongoing efforts by the government to improve the effectiveness of healthcare financing and address concerns over leakages and inefficient spending.
