FAYOSE’S BROTHER: “I DON’T WISH WIKE DEAD, SOWORE CAN’T CALL OBASANJO CRIMINAL”
Isaac Fayose, younger brother to former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, has clarified his stance on recent rumours concerning the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
Isaac stated that contrary to speculations, he has no ill wishes toward Wike and is instead praying for his continued good health and success in transforming Abuja.
This comes after reports surfaced that Wike had suffered a heart attack while in London—a claim the Minister has already dismissed. Isaac explained that his concern for Wike’s whereabouts was out of care, not hostility.
“I don’t wish Wike dead, why will I wish him dead? Someone that is working in Abuja? I want him to finish the good work he has started in Abuja. In fact, I’m one of the people praying for Wike,” he said in a Facebook video.
Isaac also cautioned activist Omoyele Sowore over labeling President Bola Tinubu a “criminal.” According to him, Tinubu has shown tolerance and respect for the rule of law—unlike what he described as the stricter style of former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
