Salah’s goal in the match took his total Premier League goal contributions to 279 — comprising 190 goals and 89 assists — putting him level with Lampard’s record of 177 goals and 102 assists.
The Egyptian international now sits joint-third in the Premier League’s all-time goal involvement rankings, behind Wayne Rooney and Alan Shearer.
