EKITI GOVERNOR OYEBANJI CALLS FOR PRACTICAL REFORMS TO STRENGTHEN LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCES IN NIGERIA

Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji has called for urgent and practical reforms to strengthen the financial autonomy and management of Local Governments across Nigeria.

Speaking at a recent engagement, Governor Oyebanji emphasised the need to move beyond rhetoric and implement concrete measures that will enable Local Governments to function effectively as the third tier of government.
