EDEN HAZARD PICKS COLE PALMER AS BEST DRIBBLER IN PREMIER LEAGUE
Former Chelsea star Eden Hazard has named Cole Palmer as the best dribbler currently in the Premier League, rating the young Chelsea forward ahead of Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and other top attackers.
Hazard, who was known during his playing days for his dazzling dribbles and creativity, made the revelation during a Premier League media segment where he was asked to choose the better dribbler between players in a winner-stays-on format.
The Belgian first chose Mohammed Kudus over Kaoru Mitoma, before selecting Eberechi Eze ahead of several others, including Jack Grealish, Florian Wirtz, and Phil Foden.
However, Eze, who recently joined Arsenal from Crystal Palace, was eventually edged out by Cole Palmer, who went on to remain Hazard’s top pick.
Hazard further rated Palmer’s dribbling ability above that of Alexander Isak and Mohamed Salah, cementing the young star as his favorite.
Earlier this year, Palmer drew comparisons to Hazard, with former Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo describing the Englishman as “similar to Hazard” and even backing him to win the Ballon d’Or in the future.
Hazard’s endorsement adds to the growing praise for Palmer, who has quickly become one of the Premier League’s most exciting young talents since joining Chelsea.
