Ace producer and music executive Don Jazzy has declared that his former signee, Wande Coal, possesses the best vocals in the Nigerian music scene.

The Mavin Records boss made the statement during an interactive session with fans on X on Wednesday.

When a fan praised Don Jazzy for having the most unique voice in the industry, he responded by acknowledging the compliment but gave the top vocal spot to Wande Coal. He wrote, “Most unique I agree, best na Wande [Coal].”

Wande Coal is celebrated as one of Afrobeats’ finest vocalists, with prominent artists including Wizkid, Fireboy DML, and Oxlade citing him as a major influence.
