Nigerian disc jockey and billionaire heiress, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has shared an emotional reflection on returning to her normal routine after attending her sister Temi Otedola’s extravagant wedding to Afrobeats star Mr Eazi.

In a video making rounds online, DJ Cuppy opened up about the emotional “reality check” she experienced upon getting back to London after the high-profile celebration.

“So I’m back in London. It has been a tough reality check, going back to normal life from Temi’s wedding. Take me back to Iceland,” she said.

The comment comes days after the lavish multi-country wedding of Temi and Mr Eazi, which reportedly took place across Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland.

The white wedding in Iceland drew global attention, featuring a live performance by American singer John Legend and exclusive coverage by Vogue magazine.

DJ Cuppy, who has often been candid about her personal and family experiences, seemed nostalgic about the celebrations, hinting at how the event’s glamour made her return to everyday life more difficult.

The Otedola family’s celebration has continued to dominate social media conversations, with fans praising the couple’s elegance and the wedding’s breathtaking locations.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
