Nigerian music star Davido has opened up about the purpose of his recent meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.

The 32-year-old Afrobeats sensation revealed this on Thursday evening in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), where he also shared photos from the engagement.

According to Davido, the meeting centered on exchanging ideas aimed at fostering global development.

“It was an honour meeting @EmmanuelMacron and sharing our visions for a better world,” he wrote.

The singer was joined by his manager, Asa Asika, and popular nightlife figure, Cubana Chief Priest, during the visit.
