DAC CONSULTING LAUNCHES IN NIGERIA
Management consulting firm DAC Consulting has officially begun operations in Nigeria, with a focus on helping organisations turn business strategies into practical results.
The firm said its entry into the Nigerian market was driven by the need to address the difficulties many businesses face when implementing well-designed strategies.
Speaking at the launch, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, Adedayo Adedapo, said organisations often have strong plans but struggle to execute them effectively.
He explained that DAC Consulting would go beyond providing recommendations by working directly with clients to implement solutions that improve performance and build long-term organisational capacity.
The firm will provide services covering business process management, product strategy, digital transformation and customer experience.
Its Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Dr Omotola Dayo-Adedapo, said sustainable business growth requires more than ambition, stressing the importance of strong leadership, skilled employees, efficient processes and valuable products.
She said the firm's approach focuses on three key areas: people, processes and products, allowing it to identify and address underlying organisational challenges rather than isolated problems.
DAC Consulting is entering the Nigerian market as businesses continue to deal with inflation, foreign exchange pressures, talent shortages and rapid technological changes.
The firm also plans to support organisations through executive learning programmes, strategic partnerships and industry-focused initiatives across Africa.
DAC Consulting said its broader objective is to help businesses strengthen their internal systems and capabilities while improving their ability to execute strategies and achieve sustainable growth.
