CORE42 SECURES $550 MILLION HSBC FACILITIES TO EXPAND GLOBAL AI CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE
Artificial intelligence and cloud computing company Core42 has secured $550 million in financing facilities from HSBC to accelerate its expansion in AI cloud and high-performance computing services.
The funding is expected to support the company’s global growth strategy, particularly in scaling advanced compute infrastructure used for artificial intelligence workloads, cloud services, and enterprise digital transformation.
According to the company, the facilities will enable faster deployment of large-scale AI systems, improve access to high-performance computing resources, and strengthen its position in the global AI infrastructure market.
The investment comes at a time when demand for AI-driven cloud solutions is rising rapidly, with enterprises increasingly relying on scalable infrastructure to support machine learning, data analytics, and automation.
Industry analysts say the deal highlights growing investor confidence in AI infrastructure providers as competition intensifies among global technology firms.
Core42 added that the financing will also help expand its international footprint and support partnerships aimed at delivering secure, sovereign cloud capabilities for governments and enterprises.
The development underscores the increasing role of major financial institutions in backing the global shift toward AI-powered digital infrastructure.
