CIPM TASKS EMPLOYERS ON WORKFORCE TRANSFORMATION, VALUE CREATION
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) has called on employers across Nigeria to prioritise workforce transformation and value creation as critical drivers of organisational success in a rapidly changing business environment.
Speaking at the institute’s annual conference, CIPM President, Mr. Oladapo A. A. A. A. A., emphasised the need for businesses to invest in skills development, digital literacy, and employee engagement to remain competitive. “Workforce transformation is no longer optional. It is the key to sustainable value creation,” he stated.
The conference brought together HR professionals, business leaders, and policymakers to discuss strategies for building resilient and future-ready workforces. Participants explored topics including talent retention, diversity and inclusion, and the role of technology in human resource management.
