CIA PRESIDENT CONGRATULATES 290 NEW INDUCTEES

The President of the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), Dr. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, has congratulated the 290 newly inducted members of the institute, urging them to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in their careers.

Dr. Nwajiuba gave the charge on Friday during the institute’s induction ceremony held in Lagos. He described the inductees as the future leaders of administration and management in Nigeria and charged them to be agents of positive change in their respective organisations and the nation at large.

The induction ceremony featured the admission of new associate and fellow members who had successfully completed the institute’s professional examinations and training programmes. The event also included the presentation of certificates and the administration of the oath of allegiance to the inductees.

The Guest Speaker, a renowned management consultant, Dr. Aisha Bello, delivered a lecture on ethical leadership and the role of administrators in national development. She encouraged the new members to continuously develop their skills and contribute to good governance and efficient public and private sector management.
