CHIAMAKA NNADOZIE NOMINATED FOR PFA FANS’ PLAYER OF THE MONTH AWARD
Nigerian international and Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie, has been nominated for the PFA Women’s Super League (WSL) Fans’ Player of the Month award for September.
The 24-year-old has made an impressive start to life in England following her summer move from Paris FC, quickly establishing herself as one of the standout goalkeepers in the WSL.
In her first five league appearances for Brighton, Nnadozie has recorded two clean sheets and made 16 crucial saves across four matches — helping the Seagulls collect seven points from their opening fixtures.
Her outstanding performances have earned her widespread praise, including a Player of the Match award on her WSL debut against Aston Villa.
Nnadozie faces stiff competition for the monthly honour from:
Aggie Beever-Jones (Chelsea)
Melvine Malard (Manchester United)
Alessia Russo (Arsenal)
Khadija “Bunny” Shaw (Manchester City)
Cathinka Tandberg (Tottenham Hotspur)
Fans can cast their votes for the winner via the official PFA voting platform.
