Chelsea are reportedly keeping an eye on Alejandro Garnacho's situation at Manchester United, as the Argentine winger may be available for a loan move this summer.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says Garnacho is open to staying in the Premier League, and Chelsea are one of the clubs interested.

Although no official talks have taken place yet between Chelsea and United, Garnacho’s name is said to be on the Blues’ shortlist.

Garnacho, alongside Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia, was left out of Manchester United’s pre-season squad, and has reportedly been told to consider other options.

Meanwhile, over at the Emirates, Arsenal are close to completing a deal for Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyökeres. Final paperwork is being reviewed by both clubs’ lawyers, with €10 million in add-ons included in the transfer package.

According to Romano, the verbal agreement is fully in place, and medical tests will follow soon, although not earlier than Thursday.

The summer transfer window is heating up, and fans can expect more movement in the coming days as top Premier League clubs reshuffle their squads.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
