CHELSEA BEAT MAN UNITED 2–0 AS RED DEVILS GO NINE GAMES WITHOUT A WIN

Chelsea secured a 2–0 home victory over Manchester United, with Cole Palmer and Morgan Rogers scoring the goals.

The defeat extended United’s winless run to nine matches across all competitions, piling further pressure on manager Michael Carrick.

The Red Devils remain 16th in the Premier League with seven points from nine league games, although they have a game in hand.

For Chelsea, Palmer and Rogers delivered the decisive contributions to seal the victory.

United must now find a way to halt their poor run, with another defeat adding to frustration over their difficult start to the season.
