CBN REFORMS STRENGTHENING NAIRA, STABILISING MARKETS — UNITED CAPITAL
United Capital has said ongoing reforms by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) are helping to strengthen the naira and improve stability in the country’s financial markets.
The investment firm said policy measures introduced by the apex bank have contributed to improved confidence in the foreign exchange market and better market conditions.
According to United Capital, reforms aimed at improving transparency, enhancing liquidity, and addressing distortions in the FX market are beginning to support a more stable economic environment.
Financial analysts said sustained implementation of these measures will be important in maintaining investor confidence, attracting foreign capital, and supporting long-term economic growth.
They added that while challenges remain, including inflationary pressures and exchange rate concerns, continued policy consistency could help improve market predictability.
United Capital noted that further progress will depend on strengthening economic fundamentals, boosting productivity, and implementing policies that encourage investment and sustainable growth.
