BEAUTYPRENEUR PEARL UBANI WINS N40M IN THE NEXT TITAN SEASON 10
Pearl Ubani, beauty entrepreneur and founder of Myria Gee Global Enterprise Ltd, has emerged as the winner of the tenth edition of The Next Titan Nigeria, taking home a grand prize of N40 million at the finale in Lagos.
Ubani outshone other finalists after 10 weeks of rigorous business challenges and boardroom eliminations.
A statement from the show highlighted that her leadership skills and innovative approach to building a sustainable Nigerian beauty economy earned her the judges’ top recognition.
Reflecting on her win, Ubani said, “Winning The Next Titan Nigeria is not just a personal triumph; it’s a validation of every young Nigerian who dares to dream, create, and build something meaningful from scratch. This victory is a huge responsibility. The Next Titan tested my patience, confidence, and belief in what I could achieve.”
She revealed that the prize money would be invested in expanding Myria Gee, her cosmetics manufacturing brand, focusing on locally made beauty products, formulation training, and brand development for emerging entrepreneurs.
Executive Producer of The Next Titan Nigeria, Mide Akinlaja, noted that the 10th-anniversary edition, themed Be Unconventional, attracted thousands of entries nationwide, featuring regional auditions in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Lagos, and online. “The show aims to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit among young Nigerians, not only contestants but also aspiring entrepreneurs watching from home,” he added.
Akinlaja explained that the top 20 contestants lived together in the Titan House for 10 weeks, performing business tasks and competing before weekly eliminations. He also praised the judges—Kyari Bukar, Chris Parkes, Tonye Cole, and Lilian Olubi—for their mentorship and guidance in shaping the participants.
The season was supported by title sponsor Betano and platinum sponsor First City Monument Bank, alongside other partners including SIFAX Group, Arik Air, Lifemate Furniture, Nikky Taurus, and NITDA.
Daniel Lamberti, Senior Business Development Advisor for Africa at Betano, described the partnership as a commitment to empowering innovation. “We believe in innovation, perseverance, and passion, the same values that drive The Next Titan and its contestants,” he said.
Akinlaja added that the collaboration with Betano “brought new energy, creativity, and opportunities to the show, helping us celebrate a decade of discovering and empowering some of Nigeria’s brightest entrepreneurs.”
