BBNAIJA’S URIEL TO DON JAZZY: TRY DATING WOMEN WITH SUBSTANCE, NOT JUST LOOKS

Former Big Brother Naija star, Uriel Oputa, has shared some candid advice for music producer Don Jazzy regarding his views on relationships.

Reacting to Don Jazzy’s recent confession that he cannot stay sexually committed to one woman, Uriel suggested the issue might have more to do with the type of women he dates.

Speaking on the Outside The Box Podcast, Uriel said, “I love Don Jazzy, he’s an amazing person. But when he said he can’t be committed to one woman, I believe it’s probably because of the kind of women he’s been going for. If I see him, I’ll tell him — try a different type.”

She went on to criticize a common dating trend among Nigerian men, claiming many choose partners based solely on physical appearance rather than substance.

“A lot of men in Nigeria don’t date for substance,” Uriel said. “They date for what they see on the outside. And when that’s your focus, you’ll always find someone with a ‘better’ body. That’s why many can’t stay with one woman — because they’re not dating based on mindset or character.”

Uriel’s comments have sparked online discussions about dating standards, commitment, and the importance of emotional connection in relationships. Whether Don Jazzy will respond remains to be seen — but her message is clear: real love needs more than just looks.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
