Onyeka Chigbo, a former housemate from Big Brother Naija Season 9, has shared her honest thoughts about her time on the reality show — and she didn’t hold back.

In a recent interview with Hip TV, Onyeka praised her fellow housemates as "good and wonderful people," but said they simply weren’t bold enough for the drama and intensity that comes with being on BBNaija.

“My BBN set? Hmm, I don’t think they are bold enough for the job,” she said, making it clear that confidence and presence are key ingredients for standing out in the house.

Onyeka also touched on how people often misunderstand her, especially the way she thinks.
“People misunderstand how my brain works,” she explained.

Looking back at the BBNaija Reunion, she said there was one thing she wished she had spoken more openly about:

“It takes for a woman to decentralise men to actually understand what a girl’s girl is in the first place.”

Fans of the show have been reacting online, with many agreeing that Onyeka brought a unique and bold personality to the season — even if she felt others didn’t match her energy.

As always, the BBNaija platform continues to spark real conversations both inside and outside the house.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
