Former Big Brother Naija winner, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, was reportedly involved in a dramatic confrontation at a hotel in Abuja over an alleged N200,000 dispute.

Eyewitnesses said the altercation began in the early hours of Tuesday inside Phyna’s hotel room before escalating to the lobby, drawing the attention of other guests and hotel staff.

Sources revealed that the disagreement arose from an unresolved financial transaction of N200,000, which quickly turned into a heated exchange.

The situation reportedly worsened as neither side agreed to compromise, leading to shoving and chaos within the hotel premises. Witnesses also alleged that more people connected to the dispute later joined in, turning the verbal argument into a physical confrontation.

Security officers and police were eventually called to the scene and used teargas to disperse the crowd, restoring order.

The incident occurred just weeks after Phyna reappeared in public following a short break to mourn her sister, who tragically lost her life in an accident involving a Dangote truck.
