BBNAIJA WINNER IMISI SPEAKS ON STRUGGLE WITH POST-SHOW FAME
Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi, has opened up about her struggle to adjust to life in the spotlight, revealing that the demands of fame have been overwhelming at times.
Speaking at a recent public event, the reality TV star admitted that one of her biggest challenges since leaving the Big Brother house has been the constant expectation to maintain a glamorous appearance.
Imisi explained that she has always been someone who prefers a simple, natural look and dislikes wearing makeup or keeping body hair.
“I’d say having to put on makeup each time I step out, maybe for an event like this, really isn’t my thing,” she said.
“I don’t like things on my face, and I even hate hairs on my body.”
She added that, as a public figure, she now feels pressured to maintain a polished and camera-ready image, even when it doesn’t align with her personal preferences.
“Honestly, I think I look good without all that, but because of what you’re trying to portray and how people expect you to appear, you’ve got to keep your hair, makeup, and nails done,” she added.
