Big Brother Naija Season 10 has taken another dramatic turn as housemate Sultana raised serious health concerns following her clash with fellow contestant Faith.

During a private conversation with her love interest, Jason Jae, on Friday, Sultana revealed that she was experiencing unusual bleeding despite having completed her menstrual cycle two weeks earlier.

This comes just a day after the heated altercation that left her with a twisted ankle and an injured wrist — an incident that eventually led to Faith’s disqualification from the reality show.

Sharing her worries, Sultana said:

“My wrist hurts, I want to see Biggie. I think I’m having internal bleeding.”

Jason, visibly alarmed, asked if she was serious. Sultana explained further:

“Yes. I finished my period two weeks ago. Now I’m seeing my cycle again and it’s not the same colour. And I have blood shot in my hand.”

Jason urged her to see the reality show’s medical team immediately for proper evaluation and treatment.

Her revelation has left fans worried on social media, with many calling on Big Brother to prioritise her health and ensure she receives adequate medical attention.

This health scare comes just hours after Faith’s disqualification, adding to the tense atmosphere in the house as the season nears its grand finale.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
