The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has stated that anyone not in the APC belongs to the minority.

He made the remarks on Tuesday during the official defection of Governor Caleb Mutfwang in Jos, the capital of Plateau State.

Speaking at the event, Yilwatda said, “Every other person who is not in APC is a minority. From all the wards in Plateau, everybody is in APC.

“Let me invite the remaining minorities who are in other political parties. I appeal to you to consider this opportunity. We are currently conducting our online registration, and the window is open. We are extending a lifeline—come to our party and secure your future, because other political parties are struggling,” he added.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
