Nafisat Hammed, the estranged second wife of popular Nollywood actor Akin Olaiya, has broken her silence on the collapse of their short-lived marriage, alleging domestic violence, mistreatment, and betrayal as the major reasons she walked out.

“Last three months ago, I left my marriage because I’m in pain, I’m mistreated. I feel like I did not matter,” Nafisat stated emotionally. The distraught woman expressed deeper hurt over claims that Akin Olaiya later married her best friend, describing it as a painful betrayal by two people she trusted. “After all the pain and everything, the husband ended up marrying your own best friend. What does that mean?” she questioned.
