AIR PEACE, ETIHAD SEAL INTERLINE PACT BOOSTING AFRICAN CONNECTIVITY
Nigerian airline Air Peace has entered into a landmark interline agreement with Etihad Airways to enhance connectivity between Africa and key global destinations.
The partnership was announced on Friday, promising passengers seamless travel experiences with through-check-in and coordinated baggage handling.
Air Peace CEO, Allen Onyema, said the agreement will significantly improve access to the Middle East, Asia, and beyond for travellers departing from Nigeria and other African hubs.
“This collaboration strengthens Air Peace’s network and positions Nigeria as a major aviation gateway on the continent,” Onyema stated.
Etihad Airways welcomed the pact, noting it aligns with their goal of expanding reach through strategic partnerships with leading African carriers.
The interline agreement is expected to boost tourism, business travel, and trade links while offering more convenient routing options for passengers.
