The Super Eagles are set to depart Polokwane for Uyo on Saturday morning via a chartered flight following their clash with Lesotho.
The team’s flight is scheduled to leave South Africa at 8 a.m. Nigerian time.
Eric Chelle’s men secured a 2-1 victory over Lesotho in their 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifier, played on Friday night at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
Nigeria will next face neighbouring Benin Republic in their final qualifying fixture, scheduled for Tuesday at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
The Super Eagles must record a convincing win to keep their hopes of qualifying for the World Cup alive.
