20 NIGERIAN REALTORS COMPLETE LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN QATAR
Twenty Nigerian realtors have completed a six-day leadership and professional development programme in Doha, Qatar, aimed at strengthening their leadership and business management skills.
The programme, held from June 19 to June 25, featured executive training at the DALF Leadership School, where participants received instruction in leadership, strategic thinking, personal development and business growth.
The training was organised by Reftop Homes Limited as part of its capacity-building initiatives for members of its realtor network.
Speaking during the programme, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Reftop Homes Limited, David Assogba, described the initiative as an investment in human capital rather than simply a reward for performance.
“This trip is more than a reward; it is an investment in people who have demonstrated commitment, resilience and excellence. At Reftop Homes, we believe that when we empower our partners with the right knowledge and global exposure, they become catalysts for growth,” he said.
Assogba urged the participants to apply the knowledge acquired during the training to their businesses and professional careers.
“I challenge each of you to continue pushing boundaries. Never settle for average when excellence is within your reach. The knowledge you have acquired here should inspire you to think bigger, lead with integrity and create greater value for your clients and communities,” he added.
According to the company, the leadership programme also forms part of preparations for its planned Reftop Investors Summit and African AgroPalm Summit later this year.
Some of the participants said the training provided practical insights into leadership and business development, adding that they intend to apply the lessons learned in their respective careers.
The company said it would continue to organise training programmes aimed at improving the professional capacity of its realtors.
